On February 21, 2002, President Bush and President
Jiang agreed to establish a cooperative working group on climate change
and environment. Dr. Watson (State Department) will discuss the next steps
with General Gao Feng during a bilateral meeting at the June Bonn Subsidiary
Body Sessions.
