In the following figures, 2030 represents the decade
from 2025-2034 and 2090 represents the decade from 2090-2099. The
baseline period, used to calculate the deltas and ratios, is from 1961-1990.
Deltas are the differences between the future and baseline periods.
Ratio are the quotients of the future and baseline periods. The
winter, summer, and annual ratios at each grid point represent the mean
of the ratios (rather than the ratios of the means). In the annual
figures, the temperature is simply the mean of the minimum and maximum
temperatures, rather than the true GCM screen temperature (which is not
processed by VEMAP). The new CGCM1 figures are release 4, which
corrects for the georeferencing error; old CGCM1 is release 3. You
will have to open your browser window wide enough to see the two sets
of figures side-by-side.
